About Sri Chinmoy
Sri Chinmoy Kumar Ghose (August 27, 1931 – October 11, 2007) was an Indian spiritual teacher.
His teachings emphasize daily meditation in the heart and tolerance for all. His view is founded that all faiths are divine. Sri Chinmoy used to refer to himself as „a student of peace.“ He is our inspiration and source of knowledge which we share with you during this meditation course.
Things you learn
The teachings and practices of meditation are universal and present in all cultures. Pradhan shares his personal experiences on the path of meditation in an open and non-religious way. His exercises are based on the teachings of Sri Chinmoy.
